Delivery; 2-4 working days from order (subject to stock availability.)

We reserve the right to provide Footwear or services to any company, organization or individual at the sole discretion of Footwear Direct.

For claims of damage or missing goods in transit, Footwear Direct must be notified within 3 working days of delivery.

Legal ownership of footwear supplied will only be transferred to the purchaser once full payment has been received and/ or cleared.

If you are not entirely satisfied for any reason with the goods supplied to you by Footwear Direct, please return the goods UNWORN where we will exchange or refund the cost of the goods.

This is in addition to your statutory rights which remain unaffected, however, Footwear Direct will not be held responsible to you, or any third party for any resultant loss or damage as a result of dealings with Footwear Direct.
